What You'll Do
You'll help coordinate both our Production and Service departments, ensuring every customer and every team member has what they need to succeed.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate installation schedules
- Coordinate service, repair, and warranty appointments
- Schedule customers and confirm appointments
- Create and verify purchase orders
- Order and coordinate materials
- Track permits and inspections
- Build and maintain digital job files
- Update our CRM accurately and in real time
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Service Technicians, and Warehouse
- Monitor daily schedules and resolve conflicts
- Communicate schedule changes with customers
- Support managers with reports, KPIs, and administrative tasks
- Help identify and solve operational bottlenecks

Experience
Preferred:

- Construction, roofing, or home services experience
- Scheduling or dispatching
- CRM software experience
