Front Desk Associate – Marriott Select Brand Hotel
About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, service‑driven Front Desk Associate who loves creating great guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for each stay through warm hospitality, strong communication, and confident problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a professional, upbeat, and service‑focused attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently while following Marriott brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with urgency and care
- Resolve issues using strong problem‑solving skills and a calm, confident approach
- Maintain accurate records, payments, and daily reports
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership teams
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest‑ready
- Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and property amenities
- Uphold safety, security, and compliance standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a guest‑first mindset
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and professionally
- Comfortable using hotel systems; Marriott systems experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
