Must pass background check and have valid drivers license. Be able to carry materials and equipment in and out of job sites. Must be presentable and able to talk to customers and others items related to the job. Be knowledgeable of building materials and have some construction knowledge. There is some documentation needed for each jobsite and it must maintain accuracy. Knowledge of the industry is a plus but not mandatory.
