Tier 1 Entry Level IT Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Entry-Level IT Technician to join our team.
· In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the technological systems of our company to ensure all employees have the proper working resources they need.
· Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all new computer systems and software programs are installed and functioning correctly.
· Our ideal candidate has a basic understanding of IT principles, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
· Setup new machines for new employees
· Maintain Inventory within the Office
· Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
· Adhering to company IT policies
· Resolving all issues employees have with their IT systems and software
· Providing technical support to employees
Qualifications
· Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software
· Problem-solving abilities
· Desire to learn and grow
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well in a team
· Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
· Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
· A degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field is a plus
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
