About Us: : Innovate Building Solutions offers professional installation of glass block, replacement windows & doors, tub/ shower panels and complete remodeling services through our various divisions. Most of our projects are in residential homes with some commercial work as well.
We are looking for a full-time Bathroom remodeler who is flexible and willing to do what is needed. If you have previous construction experience that is helpful – if not, we will train and work with handy people with the ability and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Ability to use hand and power tools.
· Must be comfortable working independently and with a team in residential homes.
· Willingness to learn new skills.
· Ability to communicate well.
· Must be hard working, dependable, and have reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
· Install & assist on bathroom remodeling projects – from demolition to project completion. Installation includes:
o Tub & Shower Base
o Solid surface panels in wet areas
o Vanities & Countertops
o Flooring
o Painting
o Drywall
o Finish work
· Load materials at our warehouse and transport to the jobsite for installation.
· Other duties assigned by Operations Manager.
Pay, Hours, Benefits, & Location:
· Our company does installations Monday – Friday.
· The pay is determined by the skills of the applicant. Range $20-$32 per hour.
· Weekly Pay.
· 8-hour shift.

· Our business is located at 4566 East 71st Street, Cuyahoga Hts, OH 44105 – where you would report to work.
