The Experience You'll Create
This role is about more than providing massage. It's about creating an experience where every client feels seen, cared for, and better than when they arrived. Through thoughtful treatment planning, skilled therapeutic touch, and genuine connection, you'll help people move more freely, recover more fully, and reconnect with their well-being.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver customized massage and bodywork sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and stage of healing.
- Help clients reduce pain, relieve stress, improve mobility, support recovery, and enhance their overall well-being.
- Create an exceptional client experience through genuine connection, clinical skill, and thoughtful attention to detail.
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations and self-care strategies that support long-term wellness.
- Maintain a treatment space that reflects our commitment to cleanliness, comfort, and excellence.
- Complete timely, accurate treatment documentation while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with a team that values integrity, continued learning, and delivering outstanding care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly dependable and reliable

- Strong ability to work independently
- Available to work week day and weekend shifts
- Extremely clean, organized, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about holistic wellness and continued growth
- Experienced and skilled in a variety of massage modalities
- Deep tissue experience required
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification is a plus
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Massage Therapy License (required)
- Minimum 5 years of massage therapy experience (required and not including education hours)
- Must have weekend availability
Compensation + Perks:
- Commission-based pay structure (percentage per session)
- Expected earnings: $60–$110 per hour
- Independent contractor position (valid Massage + Business License required)
