Diagnostics, repair, instalation and troubleshooting of commercial cooking equipment. At least 2 years in tech level exsperience and a willingness to learn stongly reccomended. Exsperience on Ice machines, soda systems, and small or large refrigeration a bonus.
Technician will be reponsible for repair, diagnostics, and installation of all kinds of equipment including, but not limited to : Fryers, combi ovens, bakery ovens, proofers, hot food cases, hot holding cabinets, rotisserie ovens, bread slicers, meat slicers, mixer/grinders, meat band saws, tenderizers, rethermalizers, tortillia press and oven, and many other pieces of equipment.
Tech will also be responsible for maintaining stock and upkeep of service truck, any tools supplied and applicable paperwork needed for work to be done.

Pay: $32.50 - $34.50 per hour
