Rousary Construction LLC is looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our residential remodeling team.
We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, drywall, painting, carpentry, tile, light plumbing, and residential electrical work.
This is a good fit for someone who is reliable, teachable, and wants to build real remodeling skills. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Demo, cleanup, and material handling
- Drywall patching and sanding
- Painting preparation
- Trim and carpentry assistance
- Cabinet and fixture installation assistance
- Protect floors, walls, and customer property
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow instructions and safety procedures
- Work in occupied homes professionally
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Willing to learn multiple trades
- Dependable and punctual
- Respectful around clients and coworkers
- Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED

Schedule
Full-time or part-time available. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours, with occasional weekend work if needed.
