Join our vibrant team as a Server, where you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable dining experiences at Jack's! In this dynamic role, you’ll engage with guests, serve delicious meals from our new chef, and ensure that every visitor leaves with a smile.
What you’ll do
- Welcome and greet guests
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages
- Utilize Toast POS
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences while maximizing sales and tip opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing exceptional guest services
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Toast is a plus
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
