Currently hiring experienced Carpenters for ongoing projects in De Pere, WI. As a Carpenter, your primary responsibilities will include erecting structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), performing bolt-up, and installing metal siding and roofing systems. Erect and assemble structural steel and pre-engineered metal building systems

Set and connect columns, beams, rafters, girts, and purlins
-
Perform bolt-up and structural steel connections
-
Install metal wall panels, roofing systems, siding, insulation, and trim
-
Assist with rigging, signaling, and setting steel
-
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans
-
Measure, layout, plumb, level, and align structural components
-
Operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and other equipment as qualified

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Follow fall-protection and jobsite safety requirements

2+ years of carpentry, steel erection, ironwork, PEMB, or structural steel experience

Experience with bolt-up and structural steel connections
-
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
-
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
-
Knowledge of rigging and crane signaling preferred

Own basic hand tools and PPE
-
Reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the United States

Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
