Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative
Job Summary:
An HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and selling HVAC systems, equipment, maintenance agreements, and related services. The role involves assessing customer needs, preparing estimates and proposals, conducting in-home or commercial consultations, and helping customers select heating and cooling solutions that meet their requirements and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess HVAC needs.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate existing HVAC systems.
- Recommend appropriate HVAC equipment, products, and services based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, estimates, and financing options.
- Explain product features, energy efficiency benefits, warranties, and maintenance plans.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while meeting company sales goals.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about HVAC products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience required; HVAC, construction, home improvement, or related industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and energy-efficiency products is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
- Ability to read and understand basic HVAC specifications and estimates.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
