*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing our brand and helping customers find the products they need. Hiring ages 21+ only.
*Duties*
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using Lightspeed POS system.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales volume.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area to create an inviting environment for customers.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
*Skills*
- Previous experience with cash registers and POS systems is appreciated.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate products and engage customers during demos.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts to assist in inventory control and sales analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- A proactive approach to upselling and promoting additional products to customers.
