We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our established dental team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.
***MUST be xray certified in Virginia***
***MUST have 1+ years of experience in a dental office***
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take dental X-rays and patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient charts
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support front desk duties as needed
Qualifications
- X-ray certification is REQUIRED
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Experience with dental software is a plus. We use EAGLESOFT
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic·
Position Details
- Full-time
- 5 DAY WORK WEEK!
- 35-40hrs p/week· MON-THURS 8am-5pm, FRIDAY 8am-2:30pm
- Paid vacation after a year
- Paid Holidays
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
