Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, meaningful telehealth therapy for adults
- Manage sessions, conduct initial intakes, formulate treatment plans, and complete timely SOAP notes
- Proactively manage scheduling, availability, and cancellations through our integrated EHR platform.
- Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops to collaborate and grow with your team
- Maintain a private, quiet, and HIPAA-compliant workspace to conduct therapy sessions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted NYS license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMHC-D)
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
- Strong work ethic and integrity, driven by a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process
