Your Role
As a Clinic Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of the clinic’s daily operations, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering exceptional care. You’ll be a hands-on leader and problem solver, supporting both staff and patients in real time. With your clinical expertise and people skills, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic sites, making sure everything flows smoothly for patients and staff.

Provide nursing support when needed, working alongside your team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Be the go-to person for clinical troubleshooting and staff support, helping your team navigate challenges with confidence.

Monitor wait times and adjust workflows to keep care efficient and accessible.

Ensure clinics are always well-stocked, organized, and ready to meet patient needs.

Serve as a communication hub between staff and clinic leadership, fostering transparency and alignment.

Support and coach team members, working with nursing leadership to promote continuous improvement and professional growth.

Help maintain quality and compliance standards across all clinics.

Support administrative needs like prior authorizations and urgent referral coordination.

Position Details & Work Environment

Type of Role: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Schedule: General hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications to Shine

Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of Mississippi.

At least two years of nursing experience; urgent care experience is a plus!

Proficiency with clinical software and electronic health records.

A track record of providing outstanding customer service and compassionate care.
