We serve a high-end residential market, delivering exceptional wood floors and staircase systems crafted in our state-of-the-art 19,000 sq. ft. workshop featuring a 5-axis CNC machine. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Build, assemble, and install custom staircases
- Operate workshop and installation tools and machinery safely
- Cut and shape wood and materials to precise specifications
- Verify structural dimensions to ensure accuracy
- Follow project blueprints, work orders, and client specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on-site and in the shop
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience required
- Prior experience in staircase building and/or installation preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work orders
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Must be physically capable of lifting 25 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check required
- Must be fluent in English
- Must adhere to a strict no alcohol, drug, or smoking policy on all job sites
- Personal tool box required

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 10-hour shifts
- Possible overtime
- Monday through Friday
