Duties and Responsibilities: Check PRN drugs and count narcotics; sign sheet; Listen to report from previous shift; Give new instructions to the Nursing Assistants, assign Nursing Assistants rounds on apartment side; Lock doors and make certain alarms are set (check patients as you move up and down halls); Pass and chart medications at prescribed times; Complete and chart treatments; Assist Nursing Assistants with rounds, direct care, and be available to answer questions; Straighten utility room; Restock treatment trays, canisters, and medication charts; Defrost refrigerator; Clean (wash) med charts once a week; Make out the lab slips and x-ray requests for the next day; Prepare flow sheets monthly ensuring they are correct and match POC’s;

Pay: $25.00 - $41.00 per hour
