We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Administrator to lead our agency’s operations with professionalism and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, medical management, and compliance with industry standards such as JCAHO accreditation. As the Home Health Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality of care, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in home health services. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the home health agency, ensuring efficient delivery of patient care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with healthcare regulations and industry standards, including JCAHO accreditation requirements.
- Lead clinical teams by providing guidance on medical management practices and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
- Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations to maintain licensure and accreditation status.
- Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor financial performance, resource utilization, and staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency.
- Promote a positive organizational culture focused on continuous improvement, staff development, and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare management or administration within a home health or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical management practices and healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in policy implementation and compliance monitoring.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, staff, and patients’ families.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
