Job Overview
MoreWell Protection Group is seeking dedicated Security Dispatch Operators to support our 24/7 dispatch center. As the frontline communicator for our security operations, you will monitor surveillance systems, coordinate responses, and ensure the protection of personnel, property, and assets across our facilities.
Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer service will help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment. This role offers hands-on experience in surveillance, emergency response coordination, and modern security technology.
Open Shifts & Hiring Needs
We operate three primary dispatch shifts. Based on current staffing requirements, we are hiring for the following:
Shift 2 — 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Friday through Monday
Hiring: 1 FT Dispatch Operator
- Afternoon/evening coverage
- Great for individuals who prefer later shifts
Key Duties
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to identify suspicious activity or security breaches in real time.
- Dispatch security personnel or emergency responders promptly and accurately during incidents.
- Operate and troubleshoot security systems, including alarms, access control, and CCTV equipment.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams via radio, phone, and digital messaging platforms.
- Document all incidents, observations, and dispatch actions through detailed report writing and logging procedures.
- Conduct routine surveillance checks, perimeter patrols, and fence inspections.
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft, unauthorized access, and assisting investigative activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Background in law enforcement, security operations, or dispatching procedures.
- Proficiency in CCTV operation (AV), surveillance monitoring, and security system management.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer service.
- Ability to multitask using CCTV software, call center systems, and fast typing for reports.
- Basic math skills for accurate incident documentation.
- Experience in conflict management and de-escalation.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
