Experienced Automotive Sales Professional – Dealership Experience REQUIRED
DMB Auto Empire is hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Professional.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A CAR DEALERSHIP / DEALER CENTER IS REQUIRED.
We are looking for someone who already understands how a dealership operates. This is NOT an entry-level position.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous car dealership / dealer center experience REQUIRED
- Must know how to structure automotive deals
- Must understand working with banks and multiple lenders
- Must know how to work customers with different credit situations
- Must know how to close deals
- Must be able to generate and bring in your own customers
- Work dealership leads and phone-ups
- Follow up with customers consistently
- Post vehicles on Facebook Marketplace and social media
- Keep website and online vehicle listings updated
- Set appointments and get customers into the dealership
- Must be a go-getter and self-motivated
- We are NOT looking for someone who sits around waiting for walk-ins or stays on their personal phone all day
- Must have reliable transportation
SCHEDULE
Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
PAY
20% Commission on Capped Gross Profit
We provide inventory, leads, phone-ups, and access to multiple lenders. We need someone who knows how to use those resources to make deals happen.
