The Position
- Perform post-construction cleaning for newly built, remodeled, or renovated homes
- Remove dust, debris, paint splatter, stickers, adhesives, and construction residue
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, windows, baseboards, fixtures, vents, and all detailed surfaces
- Use proper post-construction cleaning techniques and equipment
- Take before-and-after photos to showcase your work
- Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
- Leave every property spotless, move-in ready, and ready for the client
Who You Are
- Previous cleaning experience is required
- Post-construction cleaning experience is a plus
- Must be willing to drive to job locations
- Hardworking, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Must have your own cleaning equipment
- Strong communication skills are required
- Great people skills — cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing
- Friendly attitude, professional appearance, and pride in your work
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or with a teammate
Pay & Benefits
We pay per job rather than hourly because every project is different. Based on efficiency and job type, cleaners typically earn the equivalent of $30–$40 per hour. Tips are common, bonus opportunities are available, and we offer weekly payment for completed jobs.
