As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and programming that enhances the lives of our residents. Here are some of the exciting responsibilities and opportunities awaiting you:

Resident Care and Programming:
- Craft personalized service plans for each resident, ensuring adherence to Inspirit Senior Living standards and state regulations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop staffing strategies that prioritize resident well-being.
- Oversee resident services to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional care delivery.
- Champion our activities program, fostering social engagement and life skills development among residents.
- Work closely with leadership to attract top talent through effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
- Lead comprehensive training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Facilitate Communication and Regulatory Compliance:
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff during transitional periods, offering support and guidance.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance at all times.
Quality Assurance and Leadership:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, proactively addressing safety concerns and implementing corrective measures.
- Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to care managers, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years experience with dementia population and management/supervisory experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
