Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming furniture shipments.
- Complete shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Assemble furniture and floor models using electric drills and basic hand tools.
- Prepare customer orders for delivery and pickup.
- Load box trucks for customer deliveries.
- Assist customers with loading furniture into their vehicles.
- Deliver and assemble customer orders with care, precision, and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing Barstools Etc. in customers' homes.
- Ride along as the second person on furniture deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with inventory organization and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess a good driving record.
- Comfortable driving and assisting with furniture deliveries.
- Able to safely lift and move furniture (up to 75 lbs. with assistance).
- Comfortable using electric drills and basic hand tools.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Takes pride in handling customers' furniture carefully.
- Furniture assembly, delivery, or warehouse experience is a plus.
