Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $45/hour
Opportunity to earn up to $53/hour with applicable differentials:
Trach: +$2/hour
Vent: +$3/hour
Nights: +$2/hour
Weekends: +$3/hour
Holidays: +$3/hour
Weekly pay
Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN)
Cases located near your preferred work area

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care (feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, central lines)
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Maintain a safe and clean care environment
Qualifications
Active RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
Current CPR certification (online-only certifications not accepted)
Minimum of two years of experience preferred
Valid PPD skin test
Physical Requirements of the Role
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Fine motor skills for clinical tasks
