The Senior Coordinator, Business Operations provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology and the Executive Co-Director of the Heart Center within a dynamic academic healthcare environment. This role serves as a key partner to leadership, coordinating complex executive calendars, communications, meetings, special projects, and strategic initiatives that support the division's clinical, academic, and operational goals. The Senior Coordinator collaborates closely with hospital leadership, physicians, Baylor College of Medicine faculty, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective execution of priorities. In addition, this position supports faculty activities, project management efforts, and evolving service line initiatives while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational excellence.
