Responsibilities:
- Show up on time and have minimal call offs
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on construction projects
- Plan and coordinate carpentry tasks, ensuring they are completed on time
- Perform basic tasks-installing floors, drywall, painting, finish work etc
- Water damage restoration and repairs as needed
- Use power tools and hand tools
Experience:
- Proven experience as a lead carpenter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with water damage restoration and repair processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and leadership abilities
