Keller, O'Reilly & Watson, P.C. is a litigation defense firm. Our clients look to the partners and associates in our law firm to handle claims that focus on medical malpractice issues, bus and tractor trailer matters, elevator and escalator claims, premises liability matters, products liability, and first party insurance coverage. Currently, we are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the preparation of pleadings, notices and subpoenas
- Providing legal and administrative support to attorneys
- Conducting legal research
- Coordinating and filing all discovery documents involving attorneys and clients
- Reviewing discovery cases and providing updates to attorneys and insurance carriers
- Analyzing conflicts in legal matters and advising clients on solutions
- Coordinating and preparing administrative reports
- Assisting in the review of legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Appearing for conferences
- Communicating with senior associates/partners to ensure cases are handled efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
- Accredited Law degree
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in general liability/medical malpractice (Must be admitted or have a pending admission date)
- Strong legal knowledge

This position is hybrid. The associate will be required to come into the office four days a week and will be remote one day a week.
Compensation is dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
