Residential Painting Sales Consultant / Estimator
Interial Painting is a fast-growing residential painting company seeking a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a relationship-based sales position where you'll meet with homeowners, provide estimates, and help clients transform their homes. We provide qualified, pre-scheduled appointments so you can focus on serving customers and closing sales—no cold calling or lead generation required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled estimate appointments
- Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Measure and prepare project estimates
- Present solutions and close sales
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain communication and notes in our CRM
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and organized
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Home improvement or painting experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with evening appointments
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$120,000+ earning potential
- Base pay plus uncapped commission
