We’re hiring Restaurant Managers who will carry on the legacy of Whataburger’s bold flavors and commitment to customer service.
As the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the success of the restaurant by ensuring our guests receive a memorable Whataburger experience, while fostering a supportive and engaging environment for your team. QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, food service or relevant supervisor / management experience required.
- A valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more
- Food Handlers Certification / Food Safety Certification (requirements vary based on geography)
