We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this pivotal role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and support the developmental growth of toddlers through innovative curriculum development and personalized care. <Duties>
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to toddlers’ developmental stages
- Lead daily classroom activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and social interaction among children
- Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful environment
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality childcare and classroom management
- Conduct assessments to monitor progress
- Maintain detailed records of children’s development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with childcare standards
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in classroom management within early childhood education settings, particularly with toddlers or preschool-aged children
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and childcare best practices
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents, colleagues, and children effectively
- Ability to plan lessons that are creative, educationally rich, and aligned with developmental milestones
- Prior experience in daycare is preferred
