Project Manager – Commercial Construction (PEMB, Concrete & Carpentry)

Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects. This role works closely with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership to ensure projects involving PEMB structures, concrete work, and carpentry are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project coordination from pre-construction through completion
- Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and project planning
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors across PEMB erection, concrete work, and carpentry trades
- Track project costs, change orders, and procurement activities
- Monitor jobsite progress and communicate updates to leadership and clients
- Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Support field supervisors and project leadership in resolving issues
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial construction project management or coordination
- Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, concrete construction, or commercial carpentry preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
