Gaya Beauty & Spa is a fast-growing luxury skincare clinic specializing in advanced facials, anti-aging treatments, and high-end client experiences.
We are building a strong team to scale to $100K+ months and are looking for a results-driven leader to join us.
Who We’re Looking For. This is NOT a typical spa manager role.
This is a SALES-DRIVEN position.
You must be confident closing high-ticket packages ($2K–$5K+), while also managing daily spa operations.
We are looking for a sales-driven manager — someone confident, motivated, and experienced in closing high-ticket sales.
Responsibilities
- Convert consultations into package sales ($2K–$5K+)
- Manage daily spa operations and scheduling
- Handle client communication (calls, texts, follow-ups)
- Support and guide team members on sales performance
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience
- Confidently handle objections and close deals
Compensation
- $25–$30/hour base
- High commission structure (uncapped)
- Top performers earn $80K–$120K+ annually
Requirements
Proven sales experience (REQUIRED – high-ticket preferred)
Ideal candidate has worked in:
- Med spa / laser clinics/waxing Center
- Aesthetic or cosmetic sales
- High-end/luxury client environments
- Strong closing skills and confidence
- Ability to handle objections and close same-day
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven.
- Experience in spa/beauty industry.
If you are more comfortable managing than selling – this is NOT the right role.
