Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player

- 2+ years’ experience managing landscaping crews
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment
- Desire to lead and train crew members
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure you and your crew members follow safety protocols.
- Perform other landscaping maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, fertilizer applications, pruning and clean up.
- Operate power equipment including various sized power mowers, gas-powered edger/trimmers, gas-powered backpack blower, hedge trimmers, pole saws and chain saws.
- Professional and effective communication with crew members, customers and management.
- Position requires physical activity and heavy lifting up to 50LBS.
