Job Summary
All Seasons Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, condensers, package units, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation instructions.
- Perform equipment start-up, testing, and system commissioning.
- Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork and related components.
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation progress and system operation.
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with service technicians, project managers, and office staff to ensure successful project completion.
- Operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and applicable codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined areas.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
