Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist/ Material Handling- SAP is a must
professional for an exciting new Injection Molding manufacturing facility in the Dallas, NC area! This unique role combines material handling with administrative responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized while keeping production moving efficiently.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM | $29.70/hr
What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate material movement
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Enter production, shipping, and inventory data into company systems
- Prepare shipping paperwork and production documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift experience is REQUIRED
- Previous administrative or warehouse office experience is REQUIRED
- Injection Molding experience required
- SAP Required and data entry
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
