Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and other products to enhance customer financial wellness.
- Process various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring account activity, verifying transactions, and adhering to security protocols.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized service to foster loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions using financial software while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately using cashiering skills such as basic math, retail math, debits & credits, 10-key typing, and cash management.
- Familiarity with financial services software systems for transaction processing and record keeping.
- Exceptional customer service abilities combined with clear communication skills to educate clients about banking options.
