Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our beloved hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of support for guests arriving late , managing front desk responsibilities, and maintaining the integrity of financial and operational records during the night shift. This position includes prepping the breakfast buffet for the daily breakfast. Your enthusiasm, dedication plus attention to detail will help deliver exceptional guest experiences and sparkling breakfast buffet set up while ensuring the smooth running of hotel functions after hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities, and local attractions
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while preparing reports for management review.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive guest relations to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Monitor the property within afety checks around the property, and respond to any incidents or emergencies with swift action.
- Maintain front desk operations including updating guest records, processing payments, and managing reservations efficiently.
- Document all nightly activities thoroughly through shift reports, incident logs, and financial records to ensure transparency and accountability.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and experience with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with hotel environments, demonstrating an understanding of guest services standards.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
