We're looking for a Guest & Social Relations Coordinator to help create exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest feedback, engaging with our online community, supporting our rewards program, and helping maintain our brand across digital channels.

What You'll Do
As our Guest & Social Relations Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications while supporting our marketing team with day-to-day brand engagement.
Guest Relations
- Respond to guest and rewards member inquiries by phone and email.
- Assist with rewards account questions, promotions, and redemption issues.
- Process online and eGift card orders.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor guest reviews through ReviewTrackers.
- Respond to online reviews across multiple platforms.
- Identify trends and escalate sensitive guest concerns when appropriate.
Social Media Support
- Publish routine social media content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and guest interactions.
- Review content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing.
Website & Community Support
- Review website content for accuracy.
- Coordinate donation requests with the Marketing Director.
- Assist with additional marketing and guest engagement projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and social media.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Experience with social media platforms required.
- Experience with ReviewTrackers, guest relations, or customer service is a plus.
