We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Host to join the SFBCo family. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional drinking and dining experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and appreciated upon arrival.
- Maintain a clear flow of guest seating, balancing wait times with guest satisfaction.
- Answer guest inquiries with friendly professionalism via phone and in person.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously to enhance overall experience.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of host stand and merchandise, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and positivity.
- Hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- MUST HAVE FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Pay: $19.18 per hour
