Pay:
- Traveler: Up to $4,080/week
- Local: Up to $3,784.00/week
Requirements:
- Active State Pharmacist License for California state.
- Recent EPIC & Cerner experience (within the last 5 years) required.
- Current EPIC experience required.
- Work history must clearly list the EMR/charting system used.
- Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred.
- Must pass IV training.
- Experience with pediatric & neonatal patients required.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD preferred).
- No RTO allowed. Firm ASAP start.
Responsibilities: Verify and dispense medications, monitor medication therapy, provide drug information, identify medication safety issues, document interventions, and supervise pharmacy support staff.
