Duties
- Host dynamic live streaming sessions to showcase coins and bullion
- Enthusiastically engage customers in real time.
- Interact actively with viewers through chat, answering questions and encouraging participation.
- Maintain a lively and positive atmosphere that fosters community loyalty and excitement.
- Collaborate with team members to plan streaming schedules and special events.
- Manage technical aspects of live streams, including camera setup and audio quality.
- Track viewer engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve future broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a lively, energetic presence.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt during live broadcasts.
- Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, or customer engagement is a plus but not required.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of streaming platforms and equipment setup.
