Your Weekend Schedule
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Prep Cook
- Prepare fresh ingredients using our recipes
- Portion meats and sides
- Make scratch recipes
- Keep prep areas clean and organized
- Help set the kitchen up for a successful day
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Break
3:00 PM – 9:15 PM
Dishwasher / Kitchen Support
- Wash dishes, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Support cooks during busy dinner service
- Help close the kitchen for the night
- Jump in wherever the team needs you

Yes... This is a TIPPED Position!
Unlike many restaurants, our Back of House team shares in tips.
That means your hourly wage is supplemented with tips, giving you the opportunity to earn well above your base hourly pay.

¿Te gusta mantenerte ocupado(a), cocinar y trabajar en equipo?
En Old Southern BBQ, buscamos a alguien que quiera formar parte de nuestro éxito los fines de semana. Por la mañana ayudarás a preparar los alimentos siguiendo nuestras recetas y estándares. Después de un descanso, apoyarás al equipo durante el servicio de la noche como lavaplatos y asistente de cocina.
Este puesto es mucho más que lavar platos. Es ser una pieza fundamental para que todo el equipo tenga éxito.
Tu Horario
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Preparación de Cocina
- Preparar ingredientes siguiendo nuestras recetas
- Porcionar carnes y guarniciones
- Elaborar recetas desde cero
- Mantener las áreas de preparación limpias y organizadas
- Ayudar a preparar la cocina para un gran día
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Descanso
3:00 PM – 9:15 PM
Lavaplatos y Apoyo de Cocina
- Lavar platos, utensilios y equipo de cocina
- Mantener la cocina limpia y organizada
- Ayudar al equipo durante las horas de mayor trabajo
- Apoyar con el cierre de la cocina
- Colaborar donde el equipo lo necesite
