Join Our Veterinary TeamOverview
We are a non-corporate, veterinarian-owned practice that believes exceptional patient care starts with an exceptional team. We have a positive, professional, drama-free workplace where accountability, initiative, teamwork, and respect matter.
We believe in creating the kind of team we would want to work alongside: talented, capable, motivated, dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.
Our team members show up for one another. We value reliability, punctuality, initiative, and a willingness to step in and help wherever needed. Veterinary medicine can be challenging, but we believe the best teams support each other and maintain a positive, respectful attitude—even on busy days.
Our practice is led by a veterinarian with 30 years of experience in the veterinary industry, including 21 years as a veterinarian. We value experience, continued learning, thoughtful execution, and the ability to both take initiative and follow established protocols and guidance.
We have intentionally created a practice model that prioritizes both quality patient care and a positive client experience. Most of our clients have Trupanion pet insurance, and we schedule appointments per pet rather than per owner to allow appropriate time for each patient.
Appointments are typically scheduled for 30–60 minutes, helping minimize client wait times, reduce unnecessary stress, and allow our team to provide attentive, personalized care. We do not overload our daily schedule with excessive numbers of patients, and we do not offer wellness plans that create unnecessary administrative burdens for our team.
We are looking for team members who are:
- Dependable and punctual
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Capable and willing to learn
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, friendly, and professional
- Comfortable taking initiative
- Supportive and collaborative
- Able to remain calm and respectful during challenging situations
- Interested in growing into a leadership role and helping strengthen the team
This is a workplace for people who want to work hard, take ownership of their responsibilities, and contribute to something bigger than themselves. There is no room for ego, unnecessary drama, or individuals who are unwilling to work as part of a team.
We focus on efficiency, execution, communication, accountability, and exceptional service—for our patients, clients, and one another.

We are seeking compassionate and capable individuals for the following roles:
- Veterinary Receptionist
