About the Role:
We're a growing commercial and decorative concrete division looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our team. This is the seat that keeps our jobs running — you'll own inventory, ordering, scheduling, customer communication, and invoicing, and you'll help us tighten and improve the systems behind all of it. It's a role for someone who takes pride in being the person everything runs through. For the right person who masters it, there's room to take on more over time — but the heart of this job is running clean, reliable operations day in and day out.
What You'll Do:
- Own inventory — track material levels, maintain accurate counts, and keep the shop stocked and organized
- Handle purchasing and ordering, coordinating with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and deliveries
- Build and maintain job schedules; coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries to keep projects on track
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers — answering questions, providing updates, keeping communication professional and timely
- Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding collections
- Help build, document, and improve the systems and processes that keep the division organized as it grows
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technology skills — comfortable and quick with spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools, and software; able to learn and improve our CRM and estimating systems, not just maintain them
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities — scheduling, ordering, and customer communication in the same day
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things across the finish line
- Experience in construction, concrete, or a trade-related operations/coordination role is a plus (we'll train the right person)
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay with room to earn more as you take on responsibility
- Profit sharing and full benefits
- Real opportunity to grow for the right person who masters the role
- A collaborative, trade-focused team invested in building strong systems
- A chance to grow with an expanding division
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
