JServer (Korean Pocha + Karaoke Bar) – Itaewon Pocha + Karaoke

Hours: Evening & late-night shifts (including weekends)

Itaewon Pocha + Karaoke is a high-energy Korean dining and nightlife concept combining food, drinks, and private karaoke experiences. We are looking for motivated, reliable team members who can thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and high-energy service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders using Toast POS
- Manage seating and waitlists using Toast Tables when needed
- Answer phone calls for reservations, inquiries, and guest assistance
- Run food and beverages to tables and karaoke rooms
- Bus and reset tables efficiently to maintain flow of service
- Interact with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and upsell when appropriate
- Prepare basic alcoholic beverages and assist bartenders when needed
- Learn and operate karaoke systems in private rooms
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (TV casting, karaoke system, audio)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and karaoke areas
- Follow all house rules, policies, and service standards
Requirements
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working late nights and long shifts (especially weekends)
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow direction, rules, and company policies
- Willingness to learn both service and basic technical operations (karaoke systems)
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred (but not required)
