Autumn Trace of Rensselaer is in need of Resident Assistant (RA) coverage and searching for compassionate caregivers. Resident Assistants at Autumn Trace assist our residents in activities of daily living, report changes in resident health and assistance needs to the Wellness Nurse, assist in the dining room as needed and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
