Starting Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Receive a pay increase after 30 days with satisfactory attendance.
About the Position
We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will help produce high-quality metal components in a clean, team-oriented environment. No experience with precision measuring tools is required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
Load copper and tin powder into a pill press.
Adjust and compress dies using hand tools to achieve proper specifications.
Transfer pressed parts to an oven where the powder is baked into finished blades or similar metal components.
Inspect finished parts for quality.
Use micrometers and calipers to verify measurements (training provided).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work with hand tools.
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
