What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by greeting patients, visitors, and staff at the front desk, managing access procedures, and following site-specific security-related policies for a healthcare location.

Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and attention to detail.

Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Support front desk operations by answering questions, giving directions, documenting visitor activity, and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.

Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to daily activity, incidents, and/or security-related observations at the location.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
