*Job Summary*
We are seeking to immediately hire dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional for our Group Home. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Foster independence and promote skill development
- Provide emotional support and encouragement
- Implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Shifts Available:
Group Home:
- Saturday & Sunday 7p to 7a (every other weekend)
Day Support:
- Monday- Friday 815p to 415p
