What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage customers in a welcoming, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right motorcycle
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide confident, accurate information
- Guide customers through financing, add-ons, warranties, and paperwork
- Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Post on social media
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
- Proven in sales (automotive, powersports, or retail sales preferred)
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
- Excellent at communication and relationship-building
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working weekends and peak sales seasons
- Tech-savvy and organized
Motorcycle endorsement is a must — enthusiasm for the industry is a must.
